The Application includes the use of user current location through GPS, plotting user location on Google map etc. User Provided Information – The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Application. This is done to keep the information and purpose of the application secure by unauthorised access.

We collect certain information from your mobile device, including but not limited to the following :

• Location Information that allows us to periodically determine your precise location, including your location relative to and within third party merchant locations, including by accessing GPS information through your device and/or interaction with Bluetooth beacons.
• Device and Usage Information that may include (i) information specific to your mobile device (e.g., make, model, operating system, device/advertising identifier and similar information); (ii) information about your use of features, functions, or notifications on the device; and (iii) signal strength relating to WiFi or Bluetooth functionality, temperature, battery level, and similar technical data.
• Identifiers that you use to log in to or use our service, such as your user name or Facebook ID.

We may collect this information even if you are not logged in to the application.

We use your location information to Provide requested location services and to provide you with tips and information when you enter participating local venues.

You may at any time opt-out from further allowing us to have access to your location data by going to Location Services under Privacy in your device setting and Turn off the location service for application. For more information, please see the section below entitled “opt-out rights.”

We also use the information we collect to :

• Operate and improve our services;
• Provide user and other support, including to our third-party business partners; and
• Carry out other purposes that are disclosed to you and to which you consent.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information :

There are multiple opt-out options for users of this Application:

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application – You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

You may at any time opt-out from further allowing us to have access to your location data by disabling location services under privacy settings on your device.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We retain the collected information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
